After receiving your order, you have the option to return it at your own expense. Please notify us by email to info@sublishop.net , including your order number and tracking number.

You have 30 days to return the goods to us. We will refund your money the same day we receive the products. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used to place your order.

Returns beyond the 30-day period are also possible, up to a maximum of 120 days after the date of purchase. From the 31st day onwards, you will receive a shopping voucher for the value of the returned item.

Please note that we can only accept returns of items that are in their original packaging and undamaged! Please be sure to include a copy of your invoice or your customer number with your return.

Exclusion and limitation of return apply in accordance with the following provisions:

1. Unfortunately, digital products that you have already downloaded cannot be returned.

2. Hardware products, which include machinery and technical equipment such as printers, presses, ovens, and the like, can be returned within a maximum of 30 days.

3. Please note that we can only accept returns of these devices if they are unused and still in their original packaging.
