Transport damage
Damage in transit is always annoying. We point out the specified time window for every delivery. You have 48 hours after the goods arrive to report any transport damage.
Please note that sublimated products are excluded from claims. Sublimation products are covered with a polyester coating. Minimal air pockets do not count as transport damage.
Sublishop.net GmbH reserves the right to choose to remedy the defect through a refund or a replacement delivery. As a rule, if transport damage is less than 25.00 euros, a refund will be made to the payment method used to pay for the order.
