19.03.2025 Important product recall: Sublimable shopping cart releasers

Unfortunately, we have to inform you that an issue has occurred with our sublimable shopping cart removers (SKU: SCA-20). This concerns the polyester layer, which was not processed correctly. As a result, visible defects may occur on the product.

What is the error?
The defect appears as a mottled white spot that becomes visible when you hold the shopping cart release up to a light. This manufacturing defect affects the quality of the item, and we want to ensure you receive flawless products.

What do you have to do?
If you received a defective shopping cart release, please contact us as soon as possible. Please send us an email to info@sublishop.net and include your invoice number and customer number . We will arrange for the replacement or refund of the affected product.

20.12.2024 Important information about plush items

In one series of items , " Plush Comforter Frog (PT-11) or Duck (PT-14)," there's a chance the seams weren't properly finished. This could create gaps through which children could access the stuffing. This poses a potential choking hazard if the stuffing is swallowed.

Affected batch numbers:
This issue affects a limited number of items from the following batches: 04237971, 04228527, 04231122, 04240114. You can find the batch number on the product label.

What should be done?

  • Inspect items: Please inspect items carefully, especially for open or weak seams.
  • In case of problems: If you discover a problem, we urge you to stop using the affected items.
  • Returns: If the defects are obvious, you can return the affected items to us free of charge.
