Here are some tips for sublimation

cups are best fired at 180 degrees Celsius! You should leave the mug in the press for 3.5-4 minutes using a timer. If you have a professional press, follow the instructions! The mug is 9.5 cm high. Your print should be a maximum of 9.2 cm high. Attach it to the right and left sides of the handle with heat-resistant tape. Once the mug is finished, remove the transfer paper and place it in a water bath to cool.

You can only sublimate the mug up to the rim with an oven! Black surfaces often pose problems! If you don't know the solution, just give us a call.
