1 piece plastic cup, approx. 320 ml for sublimation
Our white plastic mug is the ideal choice for anyone looking for a lightweight yet sturdy mug that is perfect for sublimation. To use the mug for sublimation, a reinforcing element is required that is pressed under high pressure and guarantees a high-quality result.
Measuring 92mm high and 80mm diameter, this mug has a capacity of approximately 320ml, making it the perfect size for a morning coffee or tea. The cup weighs only 133g and is therefore easy to transport and handle.
To ensure that the cup always remains in perfect condition, we recommend hand washing. However, it is also microwave safe to BS EN 15284:2007, so you can heat your drinks quickly and easily.
This cup also complies with REACH Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 and is therefore safe and environmentally friendly.
With its white color and the possibility of sublimating it as desired, this mug is the perfect choice for companies looking for a unique and personalized promotional gift or for private use to add a personal touch to your home.

Here are some tips for sublimating
The plastic cup is best fired at 180 degrees! You should use a stopwatch to leave the cup in the press for 4:00 minutes. (You need the reinforcement element) If you have a professional machine, follow the operating instructions! The cup is 9.2 cm high. Your print should be a maximum of 9.0 cm high. Stick them on the side to the right/left of the handle with heat-resistant adhesive tape. Please note that the cup must not be placed in a water bath after firing, but should be allowed to cool in front of a fan.

Although it is advisable to use a reinforcing element for plastic cups, it is also possible to sublimate the cup without this element. To ensure that the cup retains its shape during the pressing process, you should tighten the cuff so that the cup does not bend. However, it is important to note that there is some risk that the cup could still deform. If you want to achieve the best possible results, we recommend using a reinforcement element .
When sublimating in the oven , please note that a layer of baking paper must be placed over the sublimation paper (also under the handle) as the plastic cup does not like direct contact with the shrink bag . Use a temperature of 170 - 180 degrees for twice 5 minutes. Halfway through the time, turn the cup upside down. After sublimation is complete, remove the shrink bag directly and cool the cup.
