Here you will discover our high-quality cup coasters made of MDF (medium density fiberboard) for sublimation. The coasters have a glossy surface and are square with dimensions of approx. 90 x 90 mm and a thickness of approx. 3 mm. The MDF material provides a stable and durable base for your individual design. When sublimating MDF coasters, we recommend using a mirror-inverted print. The ideal temperature of the flat press is 180 degrees Celsius and the pressing time should be 2 minutes. To achieve the best possible result, the pressure should be strong. Once the process is complete, the bottom of the coaster can be allowed to cool before using.
