Hey, check out this awesome double shaft acrylic tool! It's really simple, but totally awesome if you want to create 3D items using standard heat presses. With this innovation you can create truly unique 3D photo panels using sublimation printing!
The acrylic tool has a special shape. Immediately after pressing our acrylic frames, you place them in the mold and press them into the desired shape using the modeling roller. When everything has cooled down, take out your finished 3D photo panel – easy peasy!
It is important to ensure that the acrylic frame retains the desired shape during the sublimation process, as it can no longer be easily changed after it has cooled down.
